Rous Water Building

A retrofit of an existing building for disabled compliant access. The building was in the former flood affected zone, where ground water can pose a difficulty for lifts. Conventional formwork and reinforced concrete, with some use of reinforced block-work was the most durable and cost effective solution.

Bellowing Bull Hotel

A popular venue that needed the capacity to cater for large numbers of patrons when busy. The hotel was able to be extended for indoor/alfresco dining with a beer garden. The structure is designed to be adaptable for sails. This extension was quickly built using small commercially available sections.
